Claude Marchessault is the founder and a principal
of Strategic Leadership Group, Inc. which works with boards, CEO's and
senior leadership and management teams to address the challenges of efffective
leadership, strategy development, culture alignment and performance management.
Claude is also engaged as an executive consultant for Key Partners, Inc.'s
clients. He coaches clients on leadership, strategies, performance and
productivity for executives and their senior management staff.
Mr. Marchessault is also an executive/management mediator
and is a member of the Systems Centered Thinking Research Institute of
Philadelphia, contributing to the pioneering application of group and
systems theory to business. Claude and his wife, Joan, volunteer their
time and expertise to boards and leadership teams of charitable foundations
and non-profits, and make their home by the sea in New Castle, New Hampshire.
