Joan Marchessault is Senior Consultant and a Co-founder of Strategic Leadership Consulting Group in New Castle, NH. Dr. Marchessault consults to businesses across the country helping leaders build strong, effective management teams, and facilitating board development among non-profit organizations. She received her doctorate from the University of Massachusetts and has maintained a private practice in counseling for the past twenty-five years.
