Instructions for Assessments

For the Behavioral Styles Analysis Report (DISC), Personal, Interests, Attitudes, and Values Survey (PIAV), Sales Strategy Index (SSI), and Competency Based Position Analysis (CBPA):

1. Go to www.ttisurvey.com

2. Enter the response link in the field provided (See table below for your organization's response link)

Take each assessment only once and please do not share this link with others.

For the Emotional Intelligence Survey (EQ-i)

1. Go to: www.equniversity.com

2. Click on "Get Assessed"

3. Go to the bottom of the page and click on the symbol that indicates that you are a member of a group that has pre-paid for a number of assessments.

4. Enter your group number - (contact Claude Marchessault to obtain a group number)

5. Complete the requested identifying information. Following this you will be issued a personal student ID number. Write this number down. It will be needed to continue the assessment (ensures your privacy) as well as later to take advantage of the EQ University course on understanding your EQ findings (Optional).

6. When you actually begin the assessment you will be asked to provide a number - your personal ID number (the one you wrote down in step 5). Do not use your group number after you have accessed the test. Once you have started the test you must complete it without signing off.

7. Once you sign off your entry is submitted and you must start over completely when you re-enter. (As the group access number has been limited to the number of planned participants it is important that you access the assessment only once.)
